Recently I went out on a ride With a long time friend if mine, Kyle Koch. We both ride motorcycles and so one sunny day we took off on the open road ending up at snoqualmie falls. It was a great day of riding and talking pictures and talking. It was alot like life and the friends I have. There are these people in my life who I consider my friends, some close..some not so close. Like riding together. You might not talk to them but you know they are there. Once in a while you pull over to take some photos and chat a bit and then back on the bikes. You might have a destination but maybe, like life, it is just good to have a friend along on the ride.
At the end of the day, Kyle took one route to work and I another back to home. Even though our paths parted I know I will see and talk to him again. Just like life. There are those who have taken paths which have taken us apart but I hope and pray that our paths will cross again someday.
It is good to have friends, those who will “ride” along side you in life and enjoy it.
